EVENT VENUE
High Mountain Hall
5 Mountain Street at the corner of High Street
What We Are
In a prominent building overlooking downtown Camden, a variety of public and private gatherings take place. The second floor (the Hall) is an open space with a cathedral ceiling and hand-hewn beams which is perfect for events of up to 150 people. Receptions, parties, dances, workshops, classes, lectures, fairs, fundraisers, and more can be accommodated in the space. For a seated meal of up to 100 people, or a cocktail and appetizer party of 150, the adjacent caterers’ kitchen makes staging the drinks, appetizers, meal, etc. professional and easy. Chairs and tables are available for rent and HMH maintains a list of caterers and vendors to assist in the planning of your event.

We will be taking inquiries and requests for events through March 15th 2022 only. After that time the building will be under new ownership.

When not occupied with these events, the hall is used as a fitness studio open to all. Click here for more information about classes.
High Mountain Hall is a beautiful spot in which groups can gather to celebrate life, health, and friendship. The first floor of the building is occupied by a group of doctors who are focused on nurturing wellness, and the kitchen out back is a licensed, commercial facility where several businesses produce healthful food and health supplements.
Though very different businesses, each of these enterprises contributes to the well-being of everyone who steps through the door.
Where We Are
Maine is “Vacationland” and Camden is a picturesque village on Penobscot Bay, where the Megunticook River flows into a beautiful harbor. Two mountains rise directly behind the town, whose motto is “Where the Mountains Meet the Sea.”
The beauty and setting of the village bring people and organizations to convene film festivals, Windjammer and art festivals, winter carnivals, innovative technology festivals, spiritual retreats, yoga retreats, toboggan races, but also the more personal endeavors: family reunions, weddings, clambakes, windjammer cruises, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, skiing and sailing. There are fresh water beaches, ocean beaches, ferry rides to islands of all sizes, all within a short distance of town.
Whether you choose to have High Mountain Hall host your event or enhance your vacation with the quiet of a yoga class, we hope you will visit us while you are here.
